An engineering team that happens to bill by the month.
We started as four engineers subcontracting for agencies that oversold and underdelivered. Today Kawth is the team we wished we'd had access to back then.
Founded by engineers, not account managers.
Kawth was founded in 2015 after its co-founders spent years delivering work through outsourcing firms that treated engineering as a commodity — junior staff, vague estimates, and account managers between you and the people writing your code.
We rebuilt the model from the ground up: every engineer who joins a project also joins the client's standups, tooling, and code review — directly, with no relay. The company grew by referral, one delivered sprint at a time, and that's still how most new clients find us.
Four things we don't compromise on.
Transparency by default
Time tracking, sprint boards, and code review are visible to the client from day one — nothing held back for a status call.
Seniority over headcount
We'd rather hand you two strong engineers than five mediocre ones padding a timesheet.
Ownership, not tickets
Engineers are matched to projects they understand, not pulled from a generic queue between unrelated clients.
Slow to promise, fast to deliver
Estimates account for review and QA up front, so the sprint plan you see is the one that actually happens.
The people steering delivery.
A working leadership team — all four still review code most weeks.

Every engagement starts with a no-pressure call with the engineers who'd actually work on your project.
